[Resolved] Ebay.in — I got Damaged Bag claim no 631304 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, 23rd AUG i purchased online bag from ebay.in (Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected]) iteam number .[protected]. ipiad by credit card Rs 999 /- i follow 8 days after i got delivery at my home but when i was opened the delivery bag i observed that bag are damaged .Chain are broken . 2 chain are broken .after that i infirm the ebay.in team customer care .After that i got claim number 631304 . now they are telling me resend the delivery on reseller at kolkatta name like :AMRITA BISWAS Address :PANDIT SARODA BANERJEE ROAD, SARODANAGAR, NEAR OLD POST OFFICE, P.O. GHOLA BAZAR KOLKATA, India 700111 email: [protected]@gmail.com Phone: [protected] . i already send them to damage bag photo to ebay team . Now they are giving me order to redelivery bag to his reseller when i spoke with customer support .i am customer .i paid money 999/- Rs .Even my office time is 10 am to 7 pm . i am travel daily 4 hourse that condition how i can send them the delivery & they are not ready to pay me delivery charges .
