[Resolved] Ebay.in — I purchased new htc onex mobile, but they sent me with out imei number and also old mobile.

Dear sir,
I purchased mobile from ebay with seller warranty at 15-07-14 i got this mobile on 2-08-14 Without IMEI no and its old mobile i already raise a claim they told me, to be submit authorised letter regards Null IMEI no. but service center employee said, this phone had only seller warranty that reason we don't give any letter for thid product after this issue, i talk to ebay but no use please take sevior action on this sellers and ebay.

ebay cheated me since starting date of purchased mobile without IMEI they sent HTC onex . I raised a claim but they people try to escape from this issue they asked one authorized letter from htc servicing centre everyone know how they give letter for Imported cells in Indian servicing centres. Ebay time passing with buyers I spend lot of time on this issue one claim adjuster name is MAYANGAR whose created this improper situation take a serious action on ebay. This is second month running but nobody respond …ebay supports fake sellers mind it dear buyers please don’t prefer this ebay site…
in any mobile invoice bill give IMEI no but in my bill there is no IMEI than why they can ask me this letter again this very very wrong thing..

ebay is a fake website still one and half months over but the ebay didn't take any action
every one know on every mobile bill must provide IMEI no. but they sent to me second hand mobile that one is null IMEI no.
i had to talk so many times to ebay, but they people sad to me we are not responsiblilty for your mobil you need to talk to seller.
but seller didn't take calls. and also no reply that seller name deb. Prasad (web:deals on online.com)very very fake site don't by anything from this site.
please see the attached bill also.
