Hi Ebay, I am very frustrated after talking to you customer care, who says that our verification team can not lie, so You mean I am fraud? I have purchased a trimmer on 11thAug’14, below are details Courier Name: DTDC Airway Bill Number: z29958730 Remarks: malik Which I did not received and when I have raised a claim and it was rejected stating that I have received the item as per DTDC update and claim was closed. Claim ID: 615675 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number:[protected] Seller ID: deals4umaliksingh Date claim opened:[protected] I need to know how to they deliver any package. Do they check ID proof of the person before they hand over the item? And how Ebay do their Verification?Is it only one sided verification? If you say item is delivered then please show me the signature I did on the receipt? How the hell can you close the claim on the bases of one sided poor verification?
