[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Item not delivered, refund not processed

I placed an order on 25/11/2015 of earphones costing Rs.245. First it was supposed to be delivered on 03/12/15, then the date itself got changed to 06/12/15 and just now it has got changed to 10/12/2015. No tracking information shows on the tracking link. When asked for refund, they want me to upload the screenshots of the proof of not receiving it. How is it possible to have screenshot of not receiving the product even when it doesn't show on the tracking website. Also their is no upload option where they want me to upload as per the steps provided by them. Here is their email: " We tried to contact you on your registered number to discuss your concern. However, the number was switched off. Kindly share an alternate contact number along with more details on claim (and images, if required) by uploading the information on http: eguarantee.ebay.in/eg/RaiseClaim We expect to hear from you within 48 hours from the receipt of this email after which our team will have to close the claim request. The steps to upload the information are as follows: 1. Login to http: eguarantee.ebay.in/eg/RaiseClaim 2. Click on check claim status 3. Search transaction by entering claim ID or PaisaPay ID or Item ID or Seller ID 4. Click on see details 5. Click on Browse 6. After attaching the information click on upload image 7. Please add additional comments in �Remarks� if required We thank you for your understanding and co-operation in this matter. " Ask them to contact me on my cell phone [protected] or send me emails on my email address "[protected]@gmail.com" where I can respond to it or sent screenshots as required. Above all then need to refund it asap.
