[Resolved] Ebay.in — My refund has not been processed yet | |||
I have bought a high quality back battery door panel housing cover case for Microsoft lumia 535 on 18th June 2015 my paisapay id is [protected] and which was delivered on 24th June and I have received a defective piece of the product so I have registered on 24th June( Thank you for raising an eBay Guarantee claim (ID[protected] for PaisaPay ID - [protected]. We will contact you within next 5 days.) this is the message I have received from eBay. Thn due to some reason I was not able to pick there call on 28th June because I was busy some where so on 29th June I have again registered the complaint to eBay with same claim I'd and I was told that I vl be getting a call within 24hours to 48hours. So I again call them on 1st July and they told me to send images of the product and we will call u again within 24 hours but still I didn't received their calls. So I again call them and told them same things they said we will call u again in 24hours but as I am out of time I want immediate action against eBay within 24 hours. I want to register a harassment case against eBay in this consumer forum. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
