The ebay is not taking the responsibility of delivering the quality products and they are just an intermediate between false manufacturers.
I have purchased a product from ebay and they refused to take the return rejecting my claim that their return policy does not meet.
Without any hesitance, they are asking me to contact the seller. While I haven't contacted the seller to buy a product why should I contact the seller to return.
These should be banned.
