Ebay.in — Not accepting return of the defective product

Hi,

I had purchased Auxus Stunner mobile from ebay on 18/02/16 and product was delivered on 19/02/16. I got the mobile with the accesories like
- VR Headset (Not properly fitted, some what loose)
- Remote (Not Working)

So I have opted for return of the product on the same day (19/02/16) itself. After 5 days I got mail from ebay that rejecting my refund.

I have called ebay customer care, they says we wont take the product back., go the service center and get it repaired yourself or else contact the seller.

I have also called the seller he also replies the same and says contact ebay only.
