Good morning sir ...this is to inform you that i have purchase a philips handfree from ebay.in and i have received a broken product but now they cant ready to replace my item or refund my money ..sir plz help me...they also rudely talk to me and saying that they wont help me out of this ...they said that you should take care what you are ordering kimdly help me out of this
