[Resolved] Ebay.in — product are broken with in a month

Im get a honor8 back case and tempered glass form ebay the product price is 600. But after using one month of the product was completely broken. So dont purchase any product (Even hair pin) in ebay worst 3rd rated product are selling by ebay. I am contacted to customer service they are simply asking product refund process timeline is over like this i need a solution for this.
