[Resolved]  Ebay.in — REFUND CLAIM AGAINST DAMAGED ITEMS DELIVERED

Hi, I (Buyer) have purchased Nicer Dicer Vegetable Cutter(Item) 05 nos(Qty); out of 05 number 02 broken items are delivered to me. Then I have claimed for replacement on 25.10.2014, after 7days ebay has mailed and insisting me to re-ship the total 5items to the seller with my own shipping charges, later on ebay will re-imburse the shipping charges and item cost through some coupons. I am unable to re-ship the total 05 items with my own cost... which will be aroud 2-3 thousand rupees, from HYD to Delhi. I am asking to ebay arrange the re-shipment from ebay end, but they were saying they doen't have courier servcie providers in the location of delhi & hyd. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
