Ebay.in — refund not credited to bank account

Dear all, On 9th July 2015 I have place an order fo shoe Rs. 499 on ebay.in online shopping site and they promise to deliver the same on within 10 days to my address. but on 9th july 2015 the company informed me that they could not deliver the item to my address and the amount will be refunded to my bank account. but the amount did not credited to my bank account yet. I Call the ebay customer care and ask regarding this issue. but the response of the executive was not satisfactory. If you stand with the consumers part please consider my issue and make neccessary action against the company. and take action for getting my money back. Yours truely, Harif
