I ordered and paid as per the Paisa Pay id -[protected] on 10th of august, after couple o[censored]pdates stating that the order will be delivered on 14th august it never reached, then finally the information was given to me stating that the items are not shipped and the refund will be made between 16-18th august.
Eventually till today i have not got any refund and but the customer service team keeps explaining me that there is some issue with the payment gateway and hence the payments are stuck.
Very unprofessional way that this matter is been handled, only after follow up some one from the customer care team will respond at their own sweet time and with the same standard reply blaming the payment getaway. Was this information helpful? |
