I have ordered product on 15 days back. I have refused to received the product and i ask for money back. But ebay people are teaching me company policies and misguiding me. I raised claim for refund but they have kept on hold. I reached out so many times they are help less. If i am asking for my money back when i have not received product then why should i wait for 20 to 25 days to get my money back. Is only ebay will have the policies customer don't have rights to do, i don't understand how the government allow to run the business like that. Just i want to ask one thing will ebay give a product to customer to use 20 days then the customer will pay the amount. Like how ebay refund policies works. As of now they have not refunded my amount

Updated by Dileep.sharma100 customer service is playing with me. i don't know what kind of service you people will providing to the customer. when i have already told that i need my money back. Who the hell are you to keep my money with you when i have not taken your product. i am fed up with you people even government won't take any action against this kind of ### company. Just they will starting teaching your ### policies to customer has to get suffered to get his money back.
