Ebay.in — Refund still pending | |||
I ordered an item of Rs. 651 from ebay.in on 29th October and it was to get delivered in 7 days and it was not delivered so i raised a claim for refund but till date i have not received my refund. Whenever I call them then they say that I will get in 2 days but i have not received yet. Even after several reminders n calls ebay is not turning up to pay my refund. Every time m calling them, they are telling that I will get a call from the authorities within 72 hours but its been a month and i didn't receive any calls.
