[Resolved] Ebay.in — Regarding refund and fake product

He Sir/mam,

I ordered a product from ebay and got fake product with half of quantity i ordered, i complain about it to ebay and they told me the we will provide refund to u. but now it almost been a month neither i got any refund nor any coupon code of ebay. If i call their customer care they always keep telling me that it takes 72hrs to resolve your problem.. I have all the recordings of customer care support in my cell phone.. m ebay paisa pay id is '[protected]'.

If you are ecpecting a refund forget it...they dont believe in refunding...just don't buy any thing from ebay...looters they are
