[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Reimbursement of the reshipment charges

I purchased "HUL Water Purifier Classic Advance" from ebay.in on 04-Apr-2015 (PaisaPay ID [protected]). I received my order on 06-Apr-2015, But it was damaged / broken. I filed claim on this on same day (Claim ID: 949714). For the resolution of this claim, ebay asked me to reship the item back to the seller and provide the proof of dispatch copies. On 17-Apr-2015 I reshipped the item back to the seller and provide the proof of dispatch copies to ebay.in on 18-Apr-2015. After that they told me this receipt is hand made & they need only computer generated receipt (it was not mentioned in instruction mail, why?). They told me to process this claim I have to submit letter from courier company on its letter head & I do the so. After all this tiring exercise my claim was approved on 26-Apr-2015 which is copied below. "Dear Pankaj, We are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request and the same will be refunded to your original mode of payment. Please find the details here Action : Buyer provided a valid return shipment details - Claim approved Remarks : As we tried to contact you on 26/04/2015 but number was not reachable, we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request and closing the claim.Your refund will be sent to your original mode of payment and it will take 6-8 working days to reflect in your account.The reimbursement of the reshipment charges will be sent via DD/Cheque would be sent on your register address and you can expect to receive it within 12-15 business days. Thank you for shopping with eBay." I received refund on 02-May-2015 to my original mode of payment, But till now didn't get DD/Cheque for reimbursement of the reshipment charges, Even I didn't get any information about it (Courier AWB No. etc). I called several time on[protected], Every time they told me I wll receive my DD in next 3-4 days. But It never happened. I also write mail to "[protected]@ebay.com" & "[protected]@ebay.com" on 26-May-2015, But they didn't bother to reply. On 04-June-2015 Again called to ebay (service request No. 1-[protected]) the guy told me my DD is ready & promised me in next 24-48 Hrs. same will be dispatched & I will receive information of the same in my email id. But I didn't get such information til now. Today when I called again ebay for this the girl on other side of line told me my DD will be dispatched in next 7 days. This is totally frustrating customer support from ebay.in.
