Ebay.in — Scammer took my 13020rs

I got a link https://ebay1688.com and got text like this..
"Have you shopped online?Our job is related to shopping international online shopping platform merchants. (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Snapdeal, etc.) Our work is:Help merchants sell their products and improve their credibility，The merchant will provide you with a certain commission You will earn 40-500 rupees in ten minutes. Are you interested in this job?"
After I get this text I was like okay I waanna try it ..but when I try this they asked me to recharge with huge amount then only I can get my money back.
My 13020rs is frozen in that account. When I ask then to release my money, they are asking to recharge with more money.
I want my money back please help me.

3rd 380 rs
4th 2700 rs
5th 9940 rs
