[Resolved] Ebay.in — Seller sent dead product - ebay keeping themselves aside | |||||
Ebay hire sellers to sell dead products bought from junk yard. Seller then sell these junk products to buyers like us. Eller cleverly mention under description that this product comes with manufacturer warranty. But buyer never receive a invoice or bill or even any detail about service center. Imilar case happened with me i tried to contact seller but he never responded my calls or to my emails. I opened an ebay guarantee claim and ebay immediately closed the case saying the item comes under manufacturer warranty and hence we cant do anything in this regard. I ried contacting seller again and again but no response.
