I purchased a product Canon 925 Toner Cartridge from ebay portal. The product delivered in duplicate and broken. I raised complain after trying multiple attempts and got the claim ID registered successfully on 21st July 2016 on phone (Which is well within the 30 day claim policy of ebay till that time)
I received message that I will get call from them within 5 days. I waited for a long time and didn't received any call. I was finally able to get connected with ebay customer care again on 12th August. They told that my claim is closed because they called on 26th july and my number was not reachable. I tried with all the options to get it resolved, as I lost around Rs. 2, 400 in this product. Now they are giving excuses that you made complaint very late or your number was not reachable at that time is your fault.
Please help me to get back my money from them.
