I have brought a Waterproof Dust Proof 5000 Mah Solar Power Bank Usb Universal Mobile Charger from Ebay india for 610rs and when I received the product it was not working I have raised a claim in ebay with Clam id no: 1861930. I received a call from customer care stating that the product is under warrent. when i asked them do there is a service center in hyd they said no. I requested them to return my money back and they refused to pay back. I have thrown the product in dust bin. I request u to take necessary action as early as possible.
