[Resolved] Ebay.in — Website is showing payment was unsuccessful but paytm shows that amount was duly paid | |||||
Hi, I have paid Rs. 788.64 from my paytm wallet through BillDesk on 3rd June 2016 around 9:30 pm to purchase few Aquarium items. The transaction was confirmed by both paytm & BillDesk. The transaction ID was GPT[protected]. But there has no order had been placed on eBay portal and the payment was shown unsuccessful. I have contacted eBay customer care many times but the phone was put on hold for hours. Sent mail two times, no responses till date. I am very much disappointed on this.
