eBay India — ebay india suspended my account without any reason or prior notice

i am a seller on ebay for last 1 1/2 years. before last 5 months i had an operation and i was in hospital. i am a top rated seller on ebay india. i affraid of the ratings so that i sold my ebay account to someone who ask after the confirmation from ebay customer support. But now my account is suspended. i called to the customer support, they are saying that your account is suspended due to the linking of a suspended account. i told them i had already sold my account. but they are refusing to take my concern. the account sold is used by someone and they have violated the ebay policy. what is my mistake. we are depending on ebay. we are small business holders.
