I'd tried to buy product from eBay India website on 30th of june and after the payment option is completed succefully googlechrome browser got close unexpectedly and when i reopened googlechrome and visited eBay India site I found no item in my purchased items list, for which i'd payed already through internet banking and i waited for the whole day and tried checked next day still the same status, since i need the item and i believed ebay policy that i'll not loose my money i reordered the same item from the very same buyer, I raised the claim to ebay then and waited for a positive reply, I GOT A REALLY PATHETIC reply from eBAY asking to resolve with the dealer directly is it all about eBay India policy of complete protection for customers money.
I want justice.Now I tried to contact them through their facebook page and after listening to my complaints they ask me following details

kindly revert within 48 hrs.
I replied
eBay member id:Malaydeepa
Bank name :sbi
Transaction date and details in attachment
Mode of payment: Net banking
and send the attachments
but after my reply they are copy pasting their message continously
I want protection for my money and justice.
As am abroad(Saudi Arabia) please help me.
