This is in regards to an order placed online with ebay india which was delivered in faulty condition, and as per their return procedure the item was delivered back to address mentioned by ebay communicated to us via email. It has been more than 30 days now but we have not received any sort of communication regarding our refund and on every call to their customer care department they tell us to wait for 3 days and they fail to promise to fulfill their commitment for resolution.
