[Resolved] eBay — Online purchase but product not received | |||||
I've purchased from ebay.in on 19 oct 2015 of rs 715 and i didn't receive my product. I've submit complain many times about this concern but everytime they said to wait 2-3 days. now only way left to me is to sue on them. about this fraudulent activity. my ebay paisapay id is: [protected] and my name is sahil gupta Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 9, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i call them approx 15-20 times so my claim resolved. and of course consumer complaints panel help me too. ebay is good purchasing site but sometimes their services taking too much time. eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

i can't believe that ebay can do this. 2 months already gone and i didn't get any resolution. I've tried 15-20 times to contact customer service of ebay to get my product or refund but always they told me to wait 2-3 days. ebay is multinational company so how can you so lineant. 30 days money back guarantee in customer policy but its totally fraud. 60 days already gone and still customer support told me to waid 2-3 days . thats too much i can't believe that it happens on ebay. so disappointed.
