Order not placed but cash has been debited

it is harrasment for me as i oredered the watch by checking date of delivery. however my order was not delivered to me. i had to gift it to some. it wassuch an embararrasment for me. moreover i paid through credit card emi. my statement will be generated after few days and i'm charged intereret on that. so i will have to pay that as well
i want my amount back with interest amount and that too before my statement gets generated
