[Resolved]  Ebay.com — Sold 2nd hand product without bill without internal packing

I purchased Philips DSP 2600 5.1 Home Theatre from ebay.com on 24th of October 2014 id no [protected] was conveyed to me. The pre payment of the product was made. The material was received to me on 03.11.2014 having following defects:- 1. The material was old and not new its internal packing was not there. 2. The Material was manufactured on December 2012. 3. The Material was received without any bill. I raised a claim on the same day and Claim ID 731008 was conveyed to me. ebay write me on 07.11.2011 to dispatch the material back to the supplier through recognized courier. I had to spend Rs.600 to send the parcel to Andhra Pradesh through DTDC and had to waste my precious time. EBAY told me that it will send coupons to me in lieu of my Shipping Charges of Rs.600/- but after this experience i am not interested in products offered by EBAY. I want my whole money back with penalty for harassment. The case against the seller also needs to be registered for selling the material without bill The copy of the above may also be sent to Philips verify whether the seller i.e.Prasad Myllapalli Address :- 7-401/5, Opp. Anjireddy Hospital Piduguralla, India 522413 is its dealer
