I had ordered for a pair of Slippers online which was delivered to me on 26th july, 2014. Following are the details Claim ID: 584102 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number:[protected] The item when i received it was broken and i intimated the same to the vendor and ebay within 5 minutes of receiving the item. It has been almost a month now and I havent received any response from the vendor regarding the same. The vendor's phone is not reachable at all times. I had also written a strong mail to them regarding the same, and they said they'll revert back, but nothing was done. Today, when i called them to ask for the status, they said my claim had been closed because i was supposed to provide pictures of the broken item which i did not. This is just unfair to the customers and they are cheating us, both ebay and the vendor. Was this information helpful? |
