[Resolved] Ebay.in — Didn't receive Invoice of Rs.28,828/- | |||
I placed an order for a Gigabyte Graphics card 'GTX 760 4GB' model on 3rd January 2014 (Paisapay id-[protected], Item Number[protected]. After receiving the order on 18th-January-2014, I found that the Invoice of Rs.28, 828/- was missing with the order. As a first resort, I directly contacted the seller 'i2cworld_inc3' on 22nd January 2014 through Ebay.in but didn't receive any response. Then I contacted Ebay Customer care and they opened the claim for the missng item (ID 409265). But my mistake, I couldn't receive the call from them. I was also told by the claim department that my Claim would not be closed until I have received the invoice. I again contacted Ebay and the executive told me to send an E-mail to '[protected]@ebay.com', which I did. I am yet to receive any response from them as well. I don't want to take any more tension. Without the invoice I won't be receiving the warranty services of Gigabyte. My Ebay member id is 'saurabhk.763'. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Saurabh, We would like to inform you that your claim has been closed completely as per procedure, since your item was a GEB product for which the seller doesn't provide an invoice. If your product is under international warranty only then the warranty would be applicable in India. In order to claim the warranty you would have to claim it using the unique serial number on the product.For any further assistance regarding this you may contact the seller. Thank you.
