Ebay.in — Ebay delivered duplicate Item

I have ordered the I Phone 5s. But i got received the non functional duplicate item. I have called last 1 month and the customer care people responding same at every time that ebay team will contact next 72 hours. Till now i did not receive any call from ebay team, if i call the customer support they simply telling ebay team will contact in next 72 hours. Pleas someone help me to resove
