I have ordered an 20800 Mah power bank but i have received just an 2100 mah power bank on[protected] . I immediately raised an claim in their site with claim id 1427323 . But was of no use the claim was closed without any intimation . I have tried lot times regarding this issue . but no Progress in my Claim but They say that they provide 100% claim guarantee . I want the refund of my money because i have lost the hope in Ebay .
