[Resolved] Ebay.in — Order a product but that was defective. There was a rod in that

I have purchased a power bank from ebay but the give a rod instead of that, and i have complaint about that but the ebay customer care are not taking any response. Complaint no. 1962302, . I have provided all the detail they asked for but after that also they have not refunded the money and said that the complaint has been closed. So please help me

They are also saying that you should contact with seller we will not do any thing .
