I had to return olympus binoculars due to pakage issue and returned it as per claim representative agent instructions, provided them with shipping details and the claim was approved on 19 december 2015.Since then i have been calling eBay customer care again n again to hear i will be updated within 78 hours but no reply from them.

The original mode of payment was COD so i was told that i will receive a dd check but i received non not even any email regarding the dispatch.
