[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Baby ac blankets multi printed-product not delivered | |||||
I have placed an order to purchase a product by name: "Baby Ac Blankets Multi printed" with ebazar ninja with ORDER ID: OID33182 on February 04th 2016. I have made online payment of Rs.558 through HDFC Net banking. (Payment reference no:[protected]: Narration:[protected]PAYUIBIBOWEBPVTLTD). Till date, the company has not mentioned the product shipment date and also the delivery date of the product. I am not getting any proper response from the customer care[protected], after several attempts. Sometimes, the customer care number goes to a voice message and that too only for a shorter duration. I could not register my complaint properly as there was no one responsible to receive my complaint request. Now, i don't find a way how to track the order status nor do i know how to raise a request for refund. I request you to help in this regard. Verified Support Apr 03, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have tried to call customer several times , but no response from customer side. information provided to vendor for the product delivery , once we will get the confirmation from vendor side we will get back to you.

I have not received either the product or the refund till date (18th May 2016-Wednesday) for my order placed on Feb 04th 2016 as given below...
Details of the Order that has been shipped to me on FEB 04TH 2016 (as per ebazar ninja mail) is as follows,

EXPECTED DELIVERY - 5 TO 7 DAYS.
Till today (18th May 2016), I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS ALSO NOT WORKING. I AM REALLY FED UP WITH THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS.
I CERTAINLY THINK THEY ARE FRAUD ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL. I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE OTHER CUSTOMERS NOT TO PURCHASE ANY THINGS IN eBAZAR NINJA SHOPPING PORTAL. THEY ARE TOTALLY FRAUD.

Power Bank Is issue
Just I have received a Power Bank (EB 10400 MH POWERBANK).It is not in working condition.It is totally duplicate product no box is given with the Mi power bank and also no gurantee card is given to me.I PAID 600 RS for the same. so i want my moneyback.
