I received a defective mi20000mah power bank on[protected] order id (Oid378235). I unble to contact through given customer care phone as no body available in phone or through mail. Please help me to replace the defective item. The power bank charge for 12 hours but while going to charge from power bank to mobile it doesn't response. I tried many times with different cords but results are same. It doesn't not response. Also brand mi which is supplied is fake one. I tried to buy first time from this website and being cheated. I not even able to contact through given customer care phone no as phone continuously ringing but no body available.
