I have ordered a power bank 20.09.2016.Today I received it 26.09.2016 and found that It was faulty.The usb port of this powerbank is out of his area.I can't put the cable inside the port properly.I am facing such a big problem for this dispute.I want to return it and want a new defectless powerbank as an early basis. Please do the needful.Thank you
