After the telephonic conversation with mr.Deepak we are arranging the reverse pick once the product will received at our end we will proceed for the refund

After posting this complaint i got a call on Feb, 22 (Monday) from Ebazar's Executive Mr. Parmindar and he said that reverse pickup has been arranged and the product will be collected from me by Thursday. Today is Sunday and there is no update regarding the reverse pickup, I am trying to call on the same number but its not reachable.
