Ebazar Ninja — Fake product MI 20000. Request to refund

I received this product on last Friday 12th May 2017. I want to return this product because the product is duplicate / fake. I tried to call your customer care several times and trying even now as I am writing. Please arrange person to collect the product ASAP and return my full amount of Rs. 900. I verified this with same product purchased from MI site also with customer support of MI. It's not fake.
