Hi,

Similar to other complaints, the website has supplied faulty power banks and has not bothered to take the product back even though there is a 6 months manufacturers warranty. Have tried calling customer care but no one picks up. Also over emails they claim that products can only be returned within 48 hours. I received the product on 10/Mar/16 and sent my email complaint on 13/Mar/16 after several unsuccessful attempts at getting through to the customer care.

eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have initiated the reverse pickup , once we will receive the product we will repair the product or else we will replace with the new one.
