[Resolved] Ebazar Ninja — Mi power bank

This is regarding the order number OID15444. I had received a fake product from the seller. I also returned the product to the ebazar store, but i haven't received any refunds to my account. Verified Support Jun 30, 2016 eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response as per customer complain refund was done , so we are closing the complain from our side .

This is regarding the order number OID24412. I have received the power bank which is not as per specification. I called and registered a complaint with the given number. They asked me to drop a mail and it has been 7 days since I have not received a response. I took the power bank to MI service centre who said that it is fake. Moreover the invoice only says 20800 MAH power bank and MI is never mentioned. The product is delivered without any warranty card or Manual. I dont want the product, just take it back and refund or I will raise a complaint in Civil Consumer Court.
