Have called on their customer support number many times but no response, no response to the emails as well. Can you please help me get my refund at the earliest. Power bank is not charging from light socket, as data cable is not attaching in it.

I got a call from no [protected],
he took some information for refunding the money for the power bank but deducted 19990 twice from my account.he is doing fraud to me.

please take necessary action action the concern person otherwise i will logged police compliant.
