[Resolved]  Ebazar Ninja — Received defective products from ebazar

Hi, I've received a product which're improper in functioning having order id:- OID168485 & OID168473. On tuesday 23rd August I've received this product both as I checked both of them are not working. I'd tried calling customer care:- [protected] every 2 hours of time interval from date I find out this error, but nobody from customer pick up my call or tried to call me back.
