[Resolved]  Ebazar Ninja — Regarding delivery of damaged product

This is to bring into your kind notice that few days back i have received my order that i had placed on 3 august 2016.
It's very disheartening that the product i have received is damaged /not working properly.
I tried to contact you people in context to replacement many times, i sent many mails and contacted your customer care but every time the response was our customer executive is busy, please wait.. And till date the customer care executive is busy.
This is highly unprofessional behavior from your part.
My oder details are as follows-

Product - eb 10400 mh powerbank

Kindly replace the product.
