Sir,
As per advt.i have ordderd a power bank to the abovesaid company.
My order number was OID358835 was delivered on 06/04/2017 at my office address and paid the amount of Rs.599/-cash.
At home I found that the instrument was unable to charge the mobile even after two days because we tried to charge the instrument also but in vain.
I have emailed to the company on 11/04/2017, they asked me that 48 hours passed therefore now only repair service will be available for this instrument.
As per their direction I have returned the instrument complete in all respect i.e. invoice, packing slip and box and scanned courier receipt also.
The instrument (including all) have been received by Mr.Vikas on23/04/2017
at the office of Ebazar.ninja Plot no.46, 2nd floor west guru angad nagar, Laxmi nagar Delhi 110092.
Since then I am regularly trying to contact the company as per their customer care number [protected] and by email dt, 21/04/2017, 09/05/2017, 10/05/2017 23/05/2017 and today 24/05/2017
also.
Kindly help me and curtail these type of companies who are earning millions
by on line fraud
