Hi i've order the powerbank mi a couple of days ago and when i tried to track the shipment order, im unable to locate it. Would this guyz be sending the genuine product ever, how can we ban this crap online shopping site which never responsds to customer queries.

I humbly request to kindly either provide the original product or incase return the money.
