[Resolved]  Ebiz — pubg uc not received money deducted from bank

Hi

I have purchased uc worth 1949inr but didn't receive any uc in my account. The transaction was successful and it redirected me to the game but was unable to find any uc's in my account. Please refund my money if any issues. Please solve this issue asap. As i have to take uc before the end of the season.

I have purchased Zynga poker chips of Rs 606.09 through my Zynga android app but i didn't receive my chips and my amount is debited from my bank account. I am going to submit screenshot of my bank statement and sms screenshot of my bank send me. So please help me in this issue and refund me this amount..
