Eco Green — Non lifting of korra from home

I am residing in D-38 Sector-D LDA Colony Kanpur Road Lucknow (near Shubham Palace) under Zone-8 Nagar Nigam Lucknow. WE regularly pay garbage lifting charges of RS 100/-pm But the agency do not lift garbage regularly leaving a gap of 3-4 days per week.The agency do not respond us or solve the problem . Every month at the time of collection of garbage charges they promise to be regular from next day but nothing is done .Please solve our problem.My name is Anjani Kumar Srivastava MO. no.
