Ecom — About payment for application form

I had a transaction done on 28/10/2020 at 12.59pm through online for INI-CET JAN2021 rs1500/-rupees on xnchfamsed mumbai. My amount was debited from my account but the transaction was failure, but i did not receive any transaction id or any other proof of transaction failure from merchant side. I registered a compliant to my concerned bank, they asked me to submit proof of transaction failure. So please provide me proof of transaction failure or refund my amount as soon as possible.
