Ecom Express — air-way bill:[protected] reverse pickup not complete in 12 days

On 24-dec-2019 air-way bill:[protected] created for reverse pickup, till today 4-jan-2020, product is not picked up.

I am calling daily base and making and daily customer care say by tomrrow product will be picked up, 12 days over and geting same communcation from customer care.

It's really pain, ecom customer is not giving fare inforation.

My MYNTRA order AwB [protected] was undelivered by telling as the address was unlocatable. I told to the delivery boy my product deliver on monday to my give adress but today i wait for him and he cant deliver my product, just i got msg your myntra order is undeliverd due to unlocateble address
