[Resolved] Ecom Express — Changed expected delivery date multiple times - still product not delivered

Hi, I ordered a product from snapdeal. Ecom express Way Bill number[protected] The expected delivery date was 19th Oct, Then it changed to 25th Oct. After that it changed to 27th Oct. The product is not delivered yet even after 27th Oct. Now the status is showing as "Undelivered (Reason Code : 331 - Consignee requested for future delivery )". Am I ever going to receive this product ?

Hey can i get the information about my package. My e-waybill no:[protected]. Kindly deliver the product fast as the estimated delivery should not be more than 15 days from the order or transaction date.

Kindly look in to the issue. Or else, please cancel the logistics done by you than making the customers disappointed with the delayed delivery.

Please look into the issue.
